Went and watched Sean rock a time trial in Biddeford this am, when we get home its 95 degrees and one oclock hahah. I neeeeded a good long run today to counteract the awful run from yesterday so i hopped in the car and drove to the rail trail where sean proceeded to crew me for tr entire run on his mountain bike. Felt good. Done and done
