Opted to hit the gym and follow in Miss Jenny J. 's footsteps with OGABâ„¢. Started on the tread with 2.5, then followed up with
4 x 15 parallel squat
3 x 8 straight leg
3 x 12 reverse lunges
4 x 15 leg press
4 x 20 calf raises
finished with 50 pushups and some bridges and stretching then my last little 2.5 miles. Will hurt tomorrow foh sho.
