      Don't worry about it--you've had a huge several months. Probably just need a stepback, my friend. Even your sucky runs are better than my best day. You have a helluva commute--ick...All I'd want to do when getting home is grab a glass of wine and do a *couple* lunges. ;) You could always just pace me for Boston!!! HAHA
