    Better than running outside, but the knee hurts a bit. Terrible tightness in my glutes worked out by yoga.

      Maybe a foam roller would help glutes?

    It takes mental strength to run on the stupid TM, but at least I *can* run when I use it. Longest run for me in a looong time. I am *so* out of shape.

    First run outside in a long time. ITB hurt. As much as the TM drives me bonkers, the soft, level surface supports my ITB and makes it not hurt. Dangit. I miss running outside.

    Pretty pleased with the 21 min run. I'm getting stronger. No itb issues, but my glutes are tight.
