Day one of the IM program, third time through that I have followed this, though this time is not a rehearsal. As there are about 17 calendar weeks to race day and the program is for 20 weeks I'm going to selectively miss out on a couple of the earlier shorter weeks to make sure I benefit from the "back end" longer stuff.

Starting with tonights run I'm also going to extend some of the shorter stuff too for the run and bike workouts, the swimming I'll not bugger about with.

So scores on the doors - easy run, 146% of target time, felt great after this mornings shoulder bashing.
