      this is the perfect approach to the week. in the limited time i've known you, i have realized you are just very brave and willing. i think that spirit (and a strong fitness base, of course) is what will make the difference for you next weekend. don't be afraid! and no, do NOT try to fit in any heroic training this week. recovery! yoga! massage!
