BURST is the bomb!!! Glad to hear you are still seeing the results that BURST has to offer. I did a BURST between my marathon on Saturday and my Triathlon on Sunday, and it gave me a huge burst (no pun intended) of energy to finish super strong!!! I wouldn't change a thing! Keep it up! I'm super proud of you!

Thank you very much, Jon. It is awesome how I feel supercharged now that I BURST. I love to do the workout when I'm back from running. Already warmed up, and it is a great way to finish the day. Thank you for sharing this with me!

Based on what I've been involved in technical (at least in New England) means lots of rocks and steep terrain.

Great! So I assume I must try to find some rocky and steep trails to get used to this kind of terrain... But should I run exclusively in trails or can I mix road and trail training?

I ran lots of roads to get ready for the half, but I'm not sure that's the best thing to do. I love trails so I mixed those in often. Some of what I've seen for technical is just anything other than flat trails.

Glad to see you are continuing after the first one. Running always seems slower directly after a BURST workout. I try to run much later in the day, or much earlier than a BURST.
(I did a BURST workout with some friends today. My friend's girlfriend worked so intense that she had the dry heaves after, but she wants to do another! Hahaha, love the attitude!)

Feel free to ask any questions you might have about the BURST workouts. Remember, form and intensity for 20 seconds are most important. It doesn't matter how many reps you do.

I learned most of barefoot running so far by our mutual motivations, exchange and questions. And on free websites such as Jason Robillard's Barefoot Running University. Let's stay together as Elite's here (or via conference calls) and spread the word near home... let's convince those strange watching people to take off their shoes and JUST RUN... this is not about money, but about FUN!

Same here, but I wrote two weeks ago and still awaiting moderation... And the next payment will pass this week, I think... What should we do? It's kind of scary as I hope that nothing bad happened to Tellman... I wrote also an email at his support team and they told me that my email was transfered to Tellman, but still nothing.
