good Gambier Progressive Loop 4 mi 00:31 07:52 pace

I'm STILL working out the kinks from Sunday's 15-miler and it was a struggle to get up the hill at the start of this loop through the village today with Teri P. and George H. We also ran into some black ice conditions on the road for a lot of the second mile and were fearful that they would resurface the rest of the run. I was happy with how it got progressively faster by over 30 seconds each mile. I think the knots in my calves finally loosened up by the last mile. Here are the splits:

Mile 1 - 8:47, Mile 2 - 8:08, Mile 3 - 7:35, Mile 4 - 6:59 with a 6:04 max pace
