Just Stretching the Legs

After yesterday's tough 15-mile race, I knew I just needed to get out and doing a nice easy run to help flush the lactic acid out of my legs. I met up with George H., Scott B., and Tricia P. and we took off in the 17-degree temp. At the halfway point, I asked George if we wanted to go the extended 5K route to get an extra half mile and he obliged. I didn't worry about the pace and we were suprisingly very consistent the whole time. Good way to start the day and week!


NIce work getting the legs moving. I wasn't ready to get up early but now wish I would have to get a run in!

Everytime I had to bend or squat today, it was not pretty! I'm shooting for 7-8 easy tomorrow & then Deb & I have a 20 miler Wed...yikes!

I watched the Grammys last night with the foam roller. I can't imagine how sore I would be if I hadn't done that.
