    Switched to 3:1 Intervals, more relaxed. This portion was extra hot as we don't start Part 1 until 10am...so that wasn't ideal.

    Could have been better... Pushed myself for longer intervals, I'm not ready for 4:1 yet. Also less than ideal conditions with the afternoon rain, making roads slicker and trails a bit muddy.
