  6. RUN
great Cochrane Pathways 8 km 01:01 12:11 pace

Chatted with 81 year old Marie-Anne. She walks 4km every day to the end of the path and looks at the mountains. She said that is her "Church".

  7. RUN
    good Treadmill 8 km 00:59 11:51 pace

Running on the treadmill is very educational. Today, I watched "Sinkholes-Buried Alive" on Nova.

  8. RUN
good Horse Creek Road 10 km 01:08 10:54 pace

Great to have descent footing for once. Plus 5 C and sun on the mountains on the 50th Anniversary of the Canadian flag.

  9. RUN
blah Cochrane Ice Rink 7 km 00:53 12:08 pace

Took a tumble on glare ice along the pathways. Tried to find some gravel but gave up and went back to Coffee Traders for an Americano.

  10. RUN
great Cochrane Pathways 10 km 01:09 11:04 pace

Sunny day, no wind, -5C and a coating of snow to give traction. Winter running at it's best.

  11. RUN
tired The Treadmill 8 km 00:57 11:31 pace

Did intervals today while watching the big game. No, not the Super Bowl....Arsenal vs. Aston Villa.

  12. RUN
great Cochrane Pathways 11 km 01:20 11:38 pace

Six inches of snow arrived last night and it gave good footing for the Saturday morning club run. I'm glad it's back. Winter should be winter.

  13. RUN
blah Cochrane Pathways 11 km 01:13 10:39 pace

What a nightmare. With all the melting and freezing I should have taken my skates with me. Where is the snow?????

  14. RUN
great Cochrane Pathways 10 km 01:04 10:15 pace

Lots of mud, puddles and slush on the pathways. Play time.

  15. RUN
great The Treadmill 9 km 00:58 10:19 pace

Had enough of the slippery paths. No ice on the treadmill.

  16. RUN
alright Cochrane Pathways 7 km 00:50 11:28 pace

Had to do the dance of death with all the glare ice on the pathways.

  17. RUN
alright Cochrane Pathways 10 km 01:06 10:41 pace

Lots of fun steeping around the ice patches on the path. A Chinook has hit the foothills so warmer weather is rolling in.

  18. RUN
great Cochrane Pathways 10 km 01:06 10:36 pace

Bright, sunny day. Had to watch my footing at a few spots but all in all a good run along the Bow.

  19. RUN
alright Cochrane Icy Pathways 10 km 01:07 10:47 pace

Reality bites. After running along a beach in Cuba on Sunday it was back to the ice and snow of the Alberta foothills on Tuesday.
