    Starting at the trestle bridge I headed along the old railway bed towards Gander 75 kms away. After 5 km I turned around and came back. Beautiful.

    My first 100m and a sub 20. Part of the GWR for the most people to run a 100m dash relay. The old record was 252 and Right To Play Western Uni. had 256. Huge congrats. #Quest10

    Ran the trails in the Lake Whittaker Conservation area. Toe caught a stump and took a tumble. A couple of bruises but no permanent damage.

      I love running in Edmonton. Great river valley! If you've got room on your agenda, grab a bite at Tres Carnales on Jasper and Rice Howard Way. Amazing fish tacos - second to none!
