    Good to get out on the pathways again with the Running Club. One of the members stepped on the grating of a 6 foot storm drain, it gave way and down she went. A bit shaken up but she's doing OK.

    Slept in. Arrived at Coffee Traders but no-one there. Headed off to Fosters, my favourite run and low and behold ran into a flock of florescent jackets. My running gang.

    Running through early morning frost-mist along the banks of the Bow River. Shapes appear and say "Good morning" then disappear in a shroud of white.

    Starting at the trestle bridge I headed along the old railway bed towards Gander 75 kms away. After 5 km I turned around and came back. Beautiful.
