    Completed my last training run in full lacrosse gear. The temp started at 15C and hit 25C.
    I hope it snows at the Calgary Marathon on May 26th. I'm cooking in that helmet.

      I'm not hoping for snow, but coolish and overcast would be awesome...you'll need a little icepack in that helmet if it isn't...

    Second training run wearing the full lacrosse uniform. The temp was lower today (15C) and it made a huge difference.

    Completed 11 km in one hour. Temp was 23C. The gear weighs 7 lbs and I lost 2.5 lbs during the run. An excellent weight loss program.

    First outside training run with full lacrosse gear (Calgary marathon Guinness World Record attempt May 26th). I have to run a sub 4 so I wanted to do 11 km in one hour.

    I did three run / walks up and down the coolies along the Old Man River in Lethbridge. It certainly brought back a lot of memories of the Lost Souls 100 mile Ultra in 2009.

    The first 25km was a long slow run, the last 5km was the Skirt Chaser 5km. I ran faster in the last 5km.
