    Did a 5 min warm up (@8kms/hr),then set the treadmill grade at 8% and speed at 12kms/hr. Jumped on for 20 secs. and off for 40 secs. Did that 10 times. Then upped the grade to 9% and speed to 13kms... read more

    Met Florence on the pathways. She walks with two poles and an 8lb oxygen bottle. She said she didn't feel great this morning but had to get out. What an inspiration to the rest of us.
