    Rain, sleet, wind, cold and no Mojo. Needed lots of walk breaks. Time for a hot tub and a bowl of chicken soup.

    And so Winter has returned. After a 3 day Spring, 1 day Summer and 2 day Fall, todays snow covered the fields and mountains in a blanket of white. I wonder what next week will bring?

    Had the pleasure of running with Canadian Cross-Country Ski Olympian Daria (Dasha) Gaiazova. She decided she wants to run her first marathon in Calgary in May. Way to go.

    Beautiful morning in the foothills of the Rockies. Headed out in the dark and at dawn watched a herd of deer cross the road and head off into the woods.
