    62 beats 47: Test: Ran for an hour on the treadmill. This was my longest run since August 15th. Looking to ramp it up as I prepare for the Marathon of Afghanistan later on this month.

    62 beats 47: Test Run: Second test run to check out the progress on the left calf. This time continuous for 20 mins at 5.30 pace. Went well. No issues during run. After some stretching and ice.

    62 beats 47: Easy 45 min @ 5.30 pace. Grand boys are in town so slipped out early for the session. Diet this week has been hot dogs, chips and ice cream however felt good on the pathways.
