    Wet and wooly trail run, with my buddy Kurt, to Grassi Lakes just outside Canmore. Half the time we were running / walking in the clouds and rain. Brilliant.

    Did 8 km before I hooked up with the run club. Then headed out with Dan and Dianne. After 4 km heard something pop in Dan's foot and had to walk home. Tough morning.

    Ran 12 kms, then had breakfast at Smitty's with Sue and some friends, then ran home the final 4km. One too many pancakes.

    Today was a service and tire change for the Mazda 3 so I went for a great trail run with my running buddy Ally and her dog Mito. Multi-tasking at it's best.
