  13. RUN
great Cochrane Pathways 8 km 00:57 11:25 pace

Today, I ran like a "finely tuned machine". Other than the pain in my left knee and hip, blister on my right foot, dehydrated and out of breath, I was a "finely tuned machine".

  14. RUN
tired Cochrane Pathways 20 km 02:28 11:54 pace

Glad your calf is ok. Maybe you can spike with vodka next time to keep from freezing. Also, a nice drink too.
