    Recovery 5 km after the year end marathon. Right calf still knotted, coughed up a lung and snow pellets blasting into my face. Other than that it was a lovely run.

    Day two on the hotel treadmill. Great trail on the South Island of New Zealand around the Wellington area. Beautiful scenery.
