      Are you still doing the South Downs marathon? I was planning in some hill repeats today, but might have to postpone it till next week :( might do an easy TM run, or better still nothing!! It's freezing in that wind. When on earth is it going to stop!!!

      Sure am! To be honest, I wouldn't bother with hill reps yet, they are a strength conditioning version of a repetitions, I don't think you need them to run a hilly marathon, you need to just run lots with hills in it! I doubt I will do any of them to be honest!

      What weights do you do? I've found a way of making lifting and running co-exist :)

      I try and do all over! Legs, chest, arms, back, generally 3x15 reps of each, 45-50KG for most, no idea if it's right, but seems to be working!
