      I second that on the 'dreadmill'. The humidity just gets you a little extra wet! Time to enjoy the outdoors... :o)

  13. Just about a week out from finishing my first ever marathon, New York Citys 40th!. It was fantastic!! Getting back on the road Sunday morning my legs are jumping with excitement.
