      Good effort. Sounds like that Uwharrie run is brutal...and a 40 miler. Guess you eclipsed your earlier effort at Fort Bragg. When are you planning on tapering for Myrtle, man? You and GF are putting up some big mileage numbers.

    Great run with Squirmy and the Godfather. I believe we are starting to see signs of the original Squirmy out there. She was pushing the pace tonight.

    I really don't like driving over there for such little mileage but I just didn't feel that good out there. So, I listened to the body and shut it down at 2 loops.

    The lower legs were a bit sore from Saturday and Sunday, so it was nice to just run easy. Besides that, the last loop was in the dark and seeing the trail was a challenge.

    Good run with Doom and some of his Army buddies. We started at 7:00am 43 degrees, it was 33 degrees when we finished. However, it felt great out there.
