    Some of the gang joined me for the creek side loops. Most of the conversation was about the outstanding performance by Desiree Linden in the Boston Marathon. The more we talked, the faster we ran.

    I joined Rosemary for a couple of miles around the lake and in the woods searching for wild mushrooms. Nothing edible but we did find some Devil's Urn.

      Jimmy Hendrix must have never experienced NC...otherwise yellow may have usurped purple haze. I believe it is peaking this week.
