    Ran with my friend Julie to the kids soccer game from her house. It was hot at 8:30 this morning and I had to have a few walk breaks due to my HR, but we got it done.

      Doesn't it feel so much better staring at the screen once it's done? Ha when I log a workout, I feel like it's lifted off my shoulders and have the whole day to myself...erg whatever else I need to be doing.

      It does feel so much better once it's done no matter how much I might not feel like getting out of bed. I just remind myself I'll feel better for hours afterwards so it's worth it.

      Pittsford trails. I've been there and I absolutely love it. I had a deer come within feet of me a couple years ago.
