    Wow. Very tough course. Tennessee can't hang with the hills of the High Country. I am very pleased with my first race. Very difficult, but fun in a torturous kind of way.

      I was there too! Those hills, phew! Bluff city near the dam has some hills like that, that's where I have been running. I felt sort of prepared but glad the rain stopped. Beautiful scenery!

      Yeah, know how that goes. I started feeling that way last week and was talking to a girl I group run with and she told me I just needed to stop and break for a week or two. I just decided to focus on my duathlon training then start with my long runs again. So frustrating sometimes.
