      my boss (who is a triathelete) says if you can run 7 you can run a half.... I know you can do it... by the way..ive heard from a few people on our team that they haven't run in 1 month!

      Uuuuuuuuuuuuhhhhm. That sounds like a quick deathwish.:) it is sweet tho, once I have my actual license I can ride people on the back, only permit now, but have to get the license for a biker rally memorial day with Bob. Haha.
