After 6 days of what was pretty much wake-up to bedtime work, I pushed pretty hard at the gym this morning. And given the strange knee pain I still have, I only ran for about a mile (and/or until I felt a twinge) and then stopped.

Committed to getting back to a regular routine this week (sans outdoor running) now that I'm through my first 2 weeks back at work in a new role.
