    It was slow because we took turns walking laps so that someone could stay with Kayleigh, who had fallen asleep.

    It was very pleasant, walking with Lisa and Kayleigh and watching Paul jog around Krueger Field.

    Then, I tried crunches for the first time in years. I only did 15 wobbly ones. ;o)

      Lesson: Don't sacrifice form, for repetitions. If you only do 5, but those 5 are slow and steady, you will begin the road to muscle memory.
