I know I have low tone (self-diagnosis based on my infant development class) so I am concerned about my hips. Whenever I "feel" my hips, I get worried that I'm going to need a hip replacement by the age of 35. Really I just need to lose weight and get into shape! After feeling down about this, I watched as a girl in a full leg cast rocked at lifting weights and balancing on one leg. That is why going to the gym and being a member of DM are awesome: there are all different skill levels and so many people to be inspired by.
