injured run/walk outside 2.7 mi

Started out running but my R hip/leg was wonky. My piriformis seems to be acting up. After 1.5 miles decided to walk since my hip didn't seem to be working itself out. I also have caught my 1 y/o's cold so my pace was slow due to my R leg pain and trouble breathing properly. Will try to fit in some pilates (for my piriformis syndrome) and a nap (for my cold) this afternoon.
