good treadmill program 2.6 mi

Did a pre-programmed workout built into my treadmill. Involved both running and walking and hills (well just one hill because you don't go downhill lol) Varied from 3% to 10% grade, and 3.5 to 5 mph. Was much easier to utilize the treadmill when it changed up every feww minutes. It said about 470 claories burned, and I sure was sweating so it seemed to be a pretty good workout.
