    5 miles!!! I got going and had a good such a nice pace. I decided to just keep going to my 5 miles, I felt great. I am so amazed I can run 5 miles!!

    Did the treadmill's "high intensity" program. Had to amp it up quite a bit =) Not too long ago I found the medium intensity ones to be soo hard.

    Technically this was 2 runs. 1 mile on the treadmill, then 2.5 miles about an hour and a half later outside. So much easier to run outside.
