I ran interval sprints tonight at the school track. Eight 100m sprints on the straight ways and 8 walks on the curves. Then 75 modified crunches 50 Oblique V-ups.

Started running, ONE year ago, with this race. This year I finished 12+ minutes faster AND PLACED 3rd, for my age group!! Totally un-expected that, but I will gladly take my first medal! Whoohooo!
