Nice, easy long run with another friend. Warmed up slowly, then kept a pretty steady pace and kicked the last mile. Beautiful out to start, then it warmed up a bit, but still felt pretty awesome out. On another note, haven't had this high of weekly mileage since 2010! :)

    Thanks! Don't think i'll get much higher than 75 before marathon number 1, but for Chicago, I think it just depends on how well I recover from marathon number 1...playing it by ear a lot this cycle so far! :)
