Gadget free run on heath, in park and past a couple of big screens. It's a carnival atmosphere out there. Hopefully more medals on the way:-)
Nice run while taking a break from the strenuous spectating at home ;-). I envy your being able to watch stuff live. Everything's on TV here hours after it's completed. :(

Nice 5 Mab, the atmosphere is terrific. Went swimming this afternoon and the Murray/Federer match was on in the Foyer everyone is gripped :-)

Nice run!!! It must be pretty exciting being around the activities. I feel I got a cheap but entertaining tour of London during the Marathon earlier! (Now, must save my $$ - or ££!)
