      It's worth seeing your GP with your concerns- anaemia is easily treated and really common for women too. You'll feel much better! Good miles despite it all though, too.

      Still a cracking distance MAB! I've been feeling similar for seemingly ages when running but think iron level is fine. Hopefully just a wee blip that the steak will sort out for you :)

      LOL. I have to confess I start swimming and riding a week after is broke my collar bone, and the surgeon was amazed hów quickly it healed 4 weeks on.

    .....on the heath. A few potholes and muddy puddles. Might need head torch but should just stick to the well trodden paths really. Felt mighty fine:-)

      Great running Mab. Mighty fine eh? Fantastic! Head torch is a good idea, cheap ones from Go Outdoors are surprisingly effective, less than a fiver I think.
