Foot still dodgy but much better. Enjoyed the run though it was hard motivating myself. Too much school work to do. Glad I got out though. Always feel better once it's done.

LOL. I have to confess I start swimming and riding a week after is broke my collar bone, and the surgeon was amazed hów quickly it healed 4 weeks on.
