Here we go again! Foot (sprained one) is ok...not super, but it's manageable. But I'm not giving up. Congrats to the Expert who threw down 8 today!

Did my first run today since surgery... I'd be blessed to do 3 miles in :35 right now! We'll get it back... we'll get it back. :)
