      congratulations!! it takes experience to understand when to back off in a race and change intention on the fly. i'm so glad you did that and still had plenty of juice to be out there to enjoy the day. big sur will be crazy nice. and having a low pressure summer will be fantastic too. enjoy it all! good to see you last weekend!
