    Got a late start and ran (but mostly walked) during the blazing hot of the day. I'm glad I got at least 7 of my 8 miles in. The race is around the corner. Come on and get here already!

      Good for you!!! I did so much yard work yesterday that my butt and legs hurt!!! Didn't realize how many muscles I had in those areas!!!!!
