Nice to get back to the mat. 30 minutes of relaxation flow felt good after my first run in months followed by a 2 mile hike to the top of Kennesaw Mountain on wed.

#dailymission Mile Marker 11 at Norcal Tough Mudder 2011 (Squaw Valley). The race was supposed to be 11 miles...but the finish was no where in site...ended up about 14+ miles almost all uphill.
