    Nice to get back to the mat. 30 minutes of relaxation flow felt good after my first run in months followed by a 2 mile hike to the top of Kennesaw Mountain on wed.

    Hiking the National Parks System with the hubby. Climbed to the top of Kennesaw Mountain part of the battleground of the Civil War. Pretty intense uphill.

      I love P90X yoga! I do it all the time. If I go a couple of days without it I feel stiff.

  17. #dailymission Mile Marker 11 at Norcal Tough Mudder 2011 (Squaw Valley). The race was supposed to be 11 miles...but the finish was no where in site...ended up about 14+ miles almost all uphill.
