    Nearly an hour and a half in the gym. 30 minutes lifting for me. About 50 minutes giving my 13 yr old daughter her first lesson in working out.

      Tony, thanks but I don't count it as consistent till I get about 3 or 4 weeks in. My schedule tends to get the best of me sometimes. One of my major goals for the year is to say NO to time requests a lot more.

    Hard but went well I suppose. Finished without difficulty, although I can't say any of it really felt good today. This was my first "long run" of the program. WEEKLY WEIGH-IN: 242.5 (yuck!)
