    So I'm behind about a day already, but I'm just getting used to fitting runs into my schedule again. I think I might do Week 1 for a couple weeks.

    Got it done treadmill styles. A little sore in the pelvis from day 1 so I took it easy.

    Good swim. Also tried to do some water running. No idea what I'm supposed to do though. Any tips?

      I think you're supposed to wear a belt, and then put your legs through the motions. The water is supposed to be extra resistance without the stress of gravity.

      I think you are right Paul. I used a pool noodle but maybe next time I'll see if a belt works better. I found it harder than I thought to do accurate simulation of running movements in the water.i guess because it's slow motion. In the endi was exhausted so I must have done something worth while!
