I had to wait until daylight to run today. The place where I do my repeats is about 3 miles out of town on the highway...it's the biggest hill around. I couldn't find anyone to go with me in the early hours and didn't want to risk being that far out alone in the dark. It went pretty good once I got going. I really like this workout. It's hard, but doesn't seem overwhelming. I did 6X1' repeats. I pushed my warm-down a little and focused on trying to run a little bit faster while keeping my breathing and heart rate slower and steady. I love love love this fall weather!
