Insanity
Insanity Cardio Power and Resistance. This felt great. I've really noticed that I do well with the cardio, then struggle with the strength. It's getting better, but wow....it's hard. I skipped spin class today to run early with Stephen. His alarm went off shortly before 4 and we both wussed out. Bleg!
