What a great run today. I ran the first 9 miles with a friend of mine,then headed out to do the same loop backwards. I ran into a guy that was finishing up his long run and we ran the last 4 or 5 miles together. It felt good to push the pace a little last 4 miles or so. I ran comfortably hard miles 15, 16, and 17...running progressively harder during that time. Then I cooled down the last mile. What a great day.
