A great easy run with Tiff this morning. Pushed her a little up and over the over pass...I love that! Followed up with 4X30" strides and the myrtl routine. What a beautiful morning. Her husband jogged with us for about 3/4 mile and said we were running so slow that should be able to run for 20 miles!
