    I headed up to Lambert for some trail work and a change of scenery. While not as snowy as last time, it sure was difficult to run! That was a very exhausting short run!

    I'm starting to feel the same pain that stopped me from the same race last year. Not good :/ I'm going to be responsible about treating it this time, but how annoying!
