    Fargo 1/2 Marathon 13.1 mi 02:14 10:13 pace

    It went well my legs held out until about the tenth mile and then they got tight but I pushed through and beat Justin which was the most important thing I took away from the run.

    ran to the gym at the gym bac... 5.5 mi

    It was good but my thighs started tightening up half way through and then it started raining but besides that it went good

    outside, at gym and then home 8 mi

    I ran 1.5miles to the gym, met up with Lizzie at the gym for 3miles, ran home for 2.5miles, picked up Grizzly Bear for another 1mile. Felt pretty good, longest run of the year.

    It went good, it was a really cool run around downtown. I have never seen that side of downtown. Good run with my beautiful woman by my side.

    Bumped up my weights for my shoulders and back. I don't even have to say it but I will, I won't be able to contain these muscles for much longer.

    it was good, just barely above 10 min miles, but I am sure I will still crush Justin and thats the only reason I run.

    It was good, Grizzly Bear had a little trouble keeping up with me because I am so crazy fast.
