I'm a husband, Dad to 2 awesome kids, And I get out there and run like a maniac. I've raced anything from 5K to 50mile over the last 12 years and I love to get out there and train. This year I'd love to finally qualify for Boston :)

Much better run today. Played it safe with a 10K, and wanted get done so I can get in early again to work. 83 degrees and HUMID... but much MUCH better out there. Felt like myself again...
