Ugh. Brutal. I dunno WHAT happened. Mega 'stomach issues' miles 1.5 and 3.5. Maybe Raisin Bran last night wasn't good. Really dehydrated, need to do better with that. Walked home 2.5 miles with some short jogs mixed in. This week is gonna be tough with long work days... just gonna do my best.
