Ugh. Brutal. I dunno WHAT happened. Mega 'stomach issues' miles 1.5 and 3.5. Maybe Raisin Bran last night wasn't good. Really dehydrated, need to do better with that. Walked home 2.5 miles with some short jogs mixed in. This week is gonna be tough with long work days... just gonna do my best.

    That's the WORST. Hoping you made it home with socks. ;) Your walk pace is the same as just about all my aerobic runs. Way to tough it out, buddy.
