I'm a husband, Dad to 2 awesome kids, And I get out there and run like a maniac. I've raced anything from 5K to 50mile over the last 12 years and I love to get out there and train. This year I'd love to finally qualify for Boston :)

Exhausted and HUNGRY before I started, but buckled down and started early at 4:30 at Forest Park. No music or people (until later), and about 75% in the tank. All in all a nice morning out though... took my time and finished with a progressive second half. So ready to chill this weekend! (... and EAT:)
