Early AM eight.... W/u mile @7:45, sub 7's through 6, 2 cool-down miles to 8. A cool breeze this morning... what!!??? Yup. Felt decent out there. Get out the door folks... doesn't matter when, or for how far... hardest part is just taking that first step off the couch, or out the door.

Maddy, it's a struggle every day!! Really trying to buckle down and get it done. Otherwise I have to get it in when it's 105 degrees in the afternoon!
