I'm a husband, Dad to 2 awesome kids, And I get out there and run like a maniac. I've raced anything from 5K to 50mile over the last 12 years and I love to get out there and train. This year I'd love to finally qualify for Boston :)

... it always goes down smooth.". Goal was 8,@ even 30 min halves. (7:30's). 29:35 out (oops), kept effort level even and rolled in exactly on the second at 1:00:00. (30:25 back). Shweaty as heck, but proud of Mon-Thurs miles in the early AM and glad I won't be dying in the heat later!
