... it always goes down smooth.". Goal was 8,@ even 30 min halves. (7:30's). 29:35 out (oops), kept effort level even and rolled in exactly on the second at 1:00:00. (30:25 back). Shweaty as heck, but proud of Mon-Thurs miles in the early AM and glad I won't be dying in the heat later!

    Not sure! Beth has to leave to go out of town for the day at 7:30, so I have to be home by then or before. So that means leaving my route by 7, which means starting by 5 latest and running no more than 2 hours. I think I'm going to Grant's Trail for a flat out and back route since it's only 10min from my house. Can maybe squeeze in 14 if I'm being smart, 16 if I light my ass on fire and have fun :)
