      Che tempaccio che avete! Qua non e` nevicato quasi per niente, ieri ho corso di nuovo in maniche corte e pantaloncini.mentre voi avete il freddo polare. Comunque ottimo chilometraggio.

      Grazie Patrick! In effetti stiamo avendo alcune settimane di gelo ( e molto vento) che non rendono facile la vita a noi corridori...ogni tanto dovrò andare sul treadmill...

    Good warm up (2k) and cool down (2k) with not so much pain in my left leg. in warm up i did some drills while I ended with some strides. :)
