  8. FIT
    good Lots of 'ups' 00:20

Shitting around the hotel room, doing some pull ups, chin ups, sit ups, and push ups. 3 sets pull ups, 3 sets sit ups, 2 sets pu.

  9. RUN
good Covered Run under H1 2.25 mi 00:21 09:20 pace

Run with five fingers, nice and easy, feet hurt a bit after, need to work up more in these shoes.

  10. RUN
good Diamond Head (pure) 3.93 mi 00:30 07:38 pace

Ran with Andrew, good, fast run with no frills.

  11. RUN
good All the way up Diamond Head 6.56 mi 01:10 10:39 pace

Great. Was a little dehydrated. LOTS of climbing, weaving between people. Walked the stairs at the top. Future runs will eschew the stairs, and stop when the trails stop. Fun climb.

  12. swim
    good 00:40

Motivational PT run to commemorate loss of first sergeant. Boring stuff, save for the ambulance called after.

  13. swim
    good 1000 m 00:30 48:16 pace

Felt a little better in the pool. Started with kick board, moved to just arms, then got some nice laps in at the 50m pool.

  14. RUN
    good 00:30

Officer-only PT run with the BC. Boring stuff. Didn't even open my mouth.

  15. RUN
good Diamond Head (plus some) 7 mi 01:01 08:42 pace

Good run, next time I'm gonna make it to the top of the crater. Forgot to bring a dollar. Finished with a cooldown in the ocean.

  16. swim
    alright 750 m 00:30 64:22 pace

Why do I always want to quit swimming?

  17. RUN
good Diamond Head (missed a turn) 5.32 mi 00:44 08:15 pace

Missed a turn, but it didn't really matter. Man, how slow have I gotten?

  18. VELO
good The Gauntlet 18.02 mi 01:00 18.0mph pace

Tons of energy for not having cycled for a month. Wanted to fit in one last ride. Might hit another one up today, though I kind of pulled my groin a little.

  19. RUN
good Perhing to Carwash 5.82 mi 00:40 06:56 pace

Nice run, was in fourth at the start, came up and took Tackleberry and then caught Boes on near the end of Carwash, held on until the end.
