    "Hills" 1 minute intervals rest at 9% minimum incline, alternate minutes at 10-15% incline. Had to slow pace to ~12 minute miles, but another workout goes in my bank.

    Thought this was an 8 mile loop, but i think I was fooling myself...proud to do 10+ for my first LSD of the Spring, outdoors...nice to be outdoors but not so nice out for March 9th. Spring?!?!?

    Long slow distance for me...watching tv on phone...makes the treadmill less monotonous. Waiting for spring...have about 15 inches of snow on the ground, will take awhile.

      Sub 7s in the flats? What's a flat on the TM?

      A flat is 0% grade. No incline. Ron, I haven't committed to a run...gonna work on developing some good habits first...
