3x1 mile (8:49 for .75 mile, 8:42 for .25 mile = average 8:47)
3x400m recovery
1.25 mile cool down

This is a strength workout with the intervals run at marathon pace -10 seconds. I’ve been running MP at 8:57 (6.7 mph) this cycle. The next treadmill setting is 6.8 mph or 8:49. I’m sure that’s fine.... but the 2 seconds bugged me, hence the goofy running math! 🤪 I felt like I could’ve run it all at 8:42, but as I’ve said multiple times, I’m really trying hard not to overtrain and/or burn out again.

Back to work for me today. I was warned not to wear my best clothes because I will go home smelling like smoke. The health department cleared us to reopen, but I can’t help but be concerned about air quality. I’m glad to have my job back though.
