    This is why I don’t do streaks; rest days are when I give back to my body, which has given so much to me.

    Nice streaker mile! An easy "one" rests the legs as well as taking the day "off." After all, no one takes a day totally "off" the legs, unless one doesn't even walk around at all! :)

    I feel best when I run *most* days. For example, my legs were tired and stiff this morning, but felt a lot better after (and like I could keep going). I like the twice a year RW streaks, but the last couple of years I stopped the summer ones after my ultra because I was too beat up, and didn't feel like I could safely run even one slow mile the next day! Even without a streak, I do try to run almost every day, although sometimes it's a shortie like this.

    Fred, feeling....OK...today. I went to a store I usually can't get to but I know has lots of interesting things for people with restricted diets like mine. I wasn't feeling so great while shopping, but I did find a couple things to try to see if I tolerate them, and so it doesn't feel like I am down to eating just 5 things (an exaggeration, but my list is getting pretty short)

    I run 6 days a week. The one day off (Sunday), keeps from those low 1-2 Mile days. It takes me longer to prepare for a mile run than to run it. 😀. Finally, while I personally don’t believe in streaks, I cheer on those who do; so GO, KIM!!!!! 🏃🏾🏃🏾

    I like a month of streaking a couple times a year. It kind of recharges me. I don’t think I’d like it so much if I did it all year. Or for years! I am in awe of people who do, but I don’t think it’s for me.
