I did a pretty typical (for me) run today. I spent the first mile warming up to a 10:00 pace (where I was by the end of the mile, not average pace, which was slower), and then for the rest, I would hit 3 beeps up for the first quarter of mile, then 2 beeps down for the rest of the mile. I did this at the half mile mark for a couple, too. I ended at an 8:34 pace. I do this sort of thing a lot - it's why I usually negative split my runs when I get outside. Since I did a lot of incline work the past couple of days (-1% to 5%), I kept that easier today (-0.5% to 1%).

Still windy, but not as much, and a bit snowy. And cold. I've barely been outside but I am kind of struggling today. I've said before I have problems with low body temperature. Today I was at 95.2 degrees before my run (after being up and moving around for a couple of hours, and coffee). After this inside run, it was 95.4. I've dealt with it a long time, but it seems like temperature regulation is getting a lot harder for me. Winter hasn't even officially begun! If I could hibernate, I would. :-)
